– No additional shipping charges apply to orders shipping to international destinations.
– Depending upon your shipping address, and product availability in our warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be sent out direct from our shipping facilities in China, Hong Kong, United States, Iceland, Germany and United Kingdom.
– Any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only.
– When you receive your order, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies, manuals, and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered.
– Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton (when applicable) and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment.
– Any damage during shipment will be handled by us with the carrier.

7. Refund And Returns:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After you are approved, the same payment method you used for the initial transaction will be credited with the refund amount.

Then contact your company where you have your wallet, in some cases it may take some time before your refund is officially accepted.
